UNDERSTANDING RELATIONSHIPS - THE ESSENTIALS THE PATH of ALIVENESS
(No PDF avaialble for this workshop)
Let's be honest. We ALL need help with our relationship at some time.
Relationship Now's ongoing core workshop is offered to singles, couples, individuals and groups. This workshop covers the essentials:
~ how to increase empathy and understanding
~how to open the heart
~how to decrease conflict and misunderstanding.
Very specific suggestions and exercises will be presented, helping participants learn how to better nurture and understand one another, how and why problems arise in relationships, and how to work through disagreements. Communication skills will be a strong component. The class will be primarily educational and will be friendly, non-threatening and interesting. Members need only participate verbally to the extent they wish.
This workshop is offered in Santa Rosa both as a one-day Saturday workshop from 9:00 - 4:00 at a cost of $125 per person, and also on six Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00, usually in my comfortable office, at a cost of $10 for the first introductory class and $160 per person for the rest of the classes.
If you wish to reserve a place in the next workshop or would like more information, please contact my office at 707-544-1436 or email me at email@example.com.

The three main problem areas that we will work on: criticism, stonewalling, and defensiveness.
Cutting through the arguments. How to rewrite our core conflict script. The different types of arguments and how to work with each type and how to improve communication skills.
Why the difficulties in our relationship can be positive, helping us to heal unfinished business and opening us to new areas of personal growth.
Know your partner's inner world, enhance your empathy and understanding.
Taking responsibility for our experience. Being each other's teacher. How to ask for what you want in a way that brings success.
